I have been a manager/assistant of Navarre Appraisal for 30+ years and have over 20 years real estate sales experience. The insight that I have gained as a member of the Navarre Appraisal team has been instrumental in assisting both seller and buyer clients arriving at market value, particularly when mortgage loans are involved in a purchase. My experience as a real estate investor and manager of personal rental properties allows me to better advise my investor clients. I have completed all required education and continuing education for a sales license as well as specialized sales training. I am a VA Certified Realtor and am a Certified Staging Advocate RESA CSA. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the North Oakland County Board of Realtors. I also currently serve as the Chairperson for the Independence Township Board of Review 2021-present.
